Default Lost..... Transmission or Electrical???

ok time to twist everyone's mind. 04 Ram 4.7 4wd auto. Truck won't start battery is great, turn the key all the dash lights come on gauges DO NOT move. Checked for codes... nothing. though maybe it was the Ignition Control Module and replaced it... nothing. Placed the old ICM back in the truck and it started. Parked her in the garage and that is were she sits now.... not starting again, same as before with the dash lights and gauges. I heard the Transmission Solenoid Pack on the valve body will Malfunction showing that you are in a gear other than park or neutral. I took that item out and checked it for continuity on the pins and all seems normal from what I can tell. Also the indicator box that shows location of the gear selection (PRND21) is MIA.

Does it turn over or not? How have you determined the "battery is great"?

She does not run at all, I ran a Multimeter on the battery and checked it. But, I just came out to the garage and the battery discharged somehow, wasn't even hooked up. Let me try another battery real quick!
