ABS and Brake Dash light problem

I figured that but what gets me is why does it go away every time I turn it off?? Sometime it comes back on, sometimes it doesnt. Most problems I have had, especially with sensors are they work or they dont. Also, I don't notice any issues braking and they fluid is full.
I went through this problem on my 06, and eventually it will not go off with a restart. On mine it was a bad configuration between the abs control module and the computer. Took it to dodge and for 95.00 they reconfigured it and it was fixed, From what I understand not many people have the software to fix this issue. Was told that by my regular mechanic who actually sent me back to dodge
