I went through this problem on my 06, and eventually it will not go off with a restart. On mine it was a bad configuration between the abs control module and the computer. Took it to dodge and for 95.00 they reconfigured it and it was fixed, From what I understand not many people have the software to fix this issue. Was told that by my regular mechanic who actually sent me back to dodge
