Default Truck making clicking noise

I am not to sure how I could explain this but here goes. When I start my truck there is a clicking noise that is coming from under the hood and I am unsure what the heck it could be. I checked all the belts and everything seems ok. The sound does go away.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Remove the serpentine belt temporarily and start your truck briefly.
If the sound goes away, it's something in the pulleys/alternator water pump etc.
Spin up the idlers by hand.
They run should freely. No sticky points or grinding feeling.
Don't run the truck too long without the belt. It will overheat, as the water pump will not be turning.
A couple of minutes from cold will be fine.
This method quickly identifies if it's a problem with the external pulleys and stuff.
Al.

Guys I figured the issue out. It was nothing major. My fan was hitting. Fixed!

Thanks though for all of your comments.
