Okay so I want a small increase in power and fuel economy.

My truck is a 2002 5.9L 1500:

Are the ebay CAI worth a ****? Or is it worth the extra $$$ to get a name brand CAI for my truck??

If anyone can offer some insight that would be awesome!

Yep, make one. I've built several for people and they are better than the $300 K&N I bought for myself ten years ago.
