Default Servicing at 250,000km

My 06 dodge ram 1500. 5.7l just under 250k. Fuel pump went out last week. My egr is going, I also have exhaust leak and broken studs still to fix. What else should I do at this time since so many kms? Plan on spark plugs in near future. Any suggestions?
Thanks

I think a lot would depend on what maintenance you have already done. You would probably be do for a lot of fluid replacements although most should have been done before at least once. Check suspension and drivetrain parts for wear.

Been 25k since last time. I did rear shocks, diff oil changes, fixed one side exhaust studs, egr, spark plugs, trans oil and filter change, wiped out throttle body. not sure what else. Checked my brakes, all good, U-joints good. Anything else i should check? or just keep doing what im doing?

4WD or 2WD? If 4x4, you should to the transfer case, too. Did you remove the throttle body to clean it? I was surprised how much gunk is on the back side that you can't get to. It's REALLY easy to remove. Air filter? How about ball joints, tie rods, and other assorted bushings in the front end? Tire rotation and air check. Check your spare, as well. Wheel bearings in the front (I'm about to go and tackle mine in about two hours when the auto hobby shop here on base opens). Check your belts and idler pulleys, if they haven't already grenaded on you. If you haven't already, you might want to swap out the cheap plastic things for heavier duty stuff. Had one explode at about 75 mph on the Autobahn, taking the serpentine belt out with it. LOADS of fun... :/
