Um. Help! I messed up all my needles.
Edit 3: Solved! Here's the solution I found.
Our dashboards have a self test feature. Hold the trip button and turn the key to on. The gauges will sweep, stopping at pre-determined positions, before all falling back to the zero position (Fig 1.) (note: NOT resting on the stop needle).
Figure 1

First, take the cluster out and remove the six or so screws securing the front plastic cover on, remove it, and set it aside for now. Then take the cluster and set it back in the dash and fully hook it up. Pick the gauge you wish to calibrate and pop the needle off (CAREFULLY, they will break if you're not careful.)
Run the self test, wait for all other needles to fall to the zero position. You'll have about five or so seconds before the cluster completes the self test and moves the points away from the zero position. In this few second period, reinstall the needle so it's pointing directly into the zero position. This should be the correct spot for the needle. Repeat this process for each gauge that's wrong and you'll be good to go. You'll know you got them all aligned right when you run the self test and the needles point to the actual markings on the dash face as it makes it's steps.
