Morning y'all. I have a 03 dodge ram 1500 laramie wih the 5.7 hemi. Just order a JET Performance Module. Then, I'm thinking about order a Throttle Body CNC-Ported with 85mm range, 85.5 shaft throttle bore and 80mm bore. Do, I need to add a cold intake and header also with it or I could just install the CNC Throttle Body

 

If you want to get the most out of it, you'll either need to do a a full porting job on the heads, cam, headers, intake, or add a blower to it. They are a waste of money IMHO unless you are making serious power. You are probably better off putting the money towards your intake/headers and forget about the throttle body.
