Default Feds probe 2005 Rams for differential failures
Mine was rebuilt 2x under warranty. It still continues to make a racket when it warms up. Ive read a few people on here having theirs lock up completely. Maybe a recall is possible.

Don't hold your breath.
Unless it's a 'severe safety' issue, nothing will happen. Chrysler will argue the rear locking up has not and will likely not cause death.
