Default '02 RAM3500 hard starting/won't idle

Hello, need some advice please...

My 2002 3500(gas/auto) has 61K on it, maintenance due light has been on since it turned over 60K. I have yet to do the 60K maintenance on it, plan was to do it in the next few months.

Lately it's been stalling now and then when cold backing out of the driveway when shifting from drive to reverse(restarts easy) but runs fine when warmed up. Yesterday I ran the battery comepletely down using the TommyLift w/engine off. Hooked up the battery charger and tried to start it but had to pump the gas pedal twice (unusual) to get it to start and once started I had to keep the rpm up as it would not idle whatsoever. I was planning on running a can of seafoam thru the tank to help it out and now this happens.

My question is this - Could running the batt. dead then starting it with the charger hooked up somehow have messed up the computer or whatever controls the fuel supply or is it just coincidence it happened now.

I plan on puting the seafoam in today and warming it up to see if maybe that is the problem. Also a new aircleaner is due. The truck only gets driven once every few weeks so it sits quite a bit.

Any tips, advice, input greatly appreciated - Thanks!
