Replaced everything under the truck and the gas cap 3 times. Anyway to just disable this function on the Evap System. I starting to think, no I know dodge screwed up on this program. Never had this problem until the dealer did the program upgrade several years ago. Now this code comes back every two or three days and I have to reset it. I have replaced all hoses, filters, canisters and clamps under this 03 ram 1500 ST 2wd.

 

None of the hoses were cracked? I've had bad experience with the horseshoe shaped hoses coming from the charcoal canister. I finally used fuel-rated hoses and made my own.
