5.9 litre engine with random cylinder misfires

I continue to get random cylinder misfires on my 2002 5.9 litre engine. Replaced cap, rotor, wires, spark plugs look good. This happens when cold and engine first starts, misses bad and then seems to clear up after about 5- 10 mins. Need help on this one.
