I have a 2006 with a AM/FM/6 disc CD/Nav/Sirius radio. Lately, after about 1-3 minutes after start up, the radio display goes blank. The radio will turn on and off, volume works, can change stations but only in the mode at start up. For example, if I'm listening to FM, I can only change FM stations once the screen go blank. Does anyone have any experience with my problem.

 

All the time. The radio is a piece of junk. Just replace it with one from crutchfield.com. I would replace it with a new factory one, but they are too pricy for the ****ty performance.

 

If you decide to go with a double DIN head unit, let me know.
