Default 2003 ram 2500 heater core

Just replaced the heater core in my 03 ram 2500. Seams like it leaks more now than before I replaced it. Can't remember for sure if I put the heater hoses on the same. Anybody know if it makes a difference with the heater core if the hoses were reversed? Would that cause it to leak?

No, that wouldn't cause it to leak. Did you put a Mopar core in?

No it is an aftermarket. Spectra Premium I got from Rock Auto. Same one sold at Autozone.
