Many years ago, I purchased a set of Putco door handles for my 2005 Ram QC. The chrome is starting to look bad and I started to research some new handles. Anyone here have any experience with AMI billet aluminum door handles in either polished or chrome? If you have a set, I would like to hear your impressions of them.

 

I have had a pair in my hands. They are well made. They were not for my truck so I can't say more but they didn't look like they were going to have issues. Keep in mind, even polished aluminum will oxidize at some point. Wax helps but it they are not cleared and sealed, at some point they will need to be polished again.
