Default Lift Engine to Replace Exhaust Manifold Gaskets?

Working on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 QC 4x4 with a 5.7 Hemi. I have the typical exhaust leak at the rear of the passenger side manifold due to three broken bolts. Got the bolts/studs and a gasket from Dodge. Got all the bolts out EXCEPT for one of the bottom - front of the manifold (stud actually). There is maybe an inch of room between it and the frame of the truck making it hard/impossible to get a socket on there (tried a wrench but just wanted to round off the bolt). Do you need to lift the engine on the 2500s to do the manifold? I am thinking if I loosen to through bolt on each side front motor mount then I could jack up the passenger side a little to get some clearance? Anyone done this on a 2500? Need any help I can get! Thanks!

When I did mine I removed the wheel wells and wheels. 100% beautiful access.
