New Cherry Bomb Makes Whistle Sound
So, I put a new cherry bomb glasspack on my 2004 dodge ram 2500. The exhaust sounds great but every so often when I accelerate, I hear a whistling noise. It sounds like the noise is coming from the passenger side near the front passenger floor and dash area. What is causing this? Where do I look to fix this?
Also, no the noise is not the ac/heat blower!!

Yeah I did look at the exhaust system and no holes or anything I could see. I should also mention that the whistle does not occur when I floor the pedal or at idle. It only occurs when you put the pedal about half way down. Lastly, when I am in park and rev it up there is no noise it only occurs when driving? I am stumped.
Did you clamp on the muffler or use 360° welds? I think it possible to have a leak with the clamps.
If it's from the interior I'm not sure what is all under the dash as far as what could cause the noise. Could it be a coincidental vacuum leak that has nothing to do with the exhaust?
