Default 2003 V10 flashing MIL revisited

My truck has a flashing MIL light while under WOT, sometimes while empty, almost always while loaded. I have a misfire code for cylinders 1 & 3. I have replaced the coil and plug wires, but the problem persists. I am running the spark plugs Advance Auto said it came with, the basic copper plugs. The plugs have less than 17,000 miles on them. Any thoughts?

Bump.... This is driving me crazy. I have swapped to Premium 93 Octane, run Techron fuel injector cleaner through at double strength, replaced the six way coil and all the wires following the Dodge TSB about misfire and laying the wires in the tray correctly. Can anyone help?

Look, if nothing else, you could at least say it baffles you too. I have around 30 days to get this rig to pass inspection. And don't try the "spend $200 on it and they'll pass it". I did that and the DMV said that the O2 sensors were dirty and failed it, even after I told them we lived down a dirt road! The sensors were brand new! And I honestly spent over $250 trying to fix it, nonetheless!
