Angry power steering fluid leak

Hey Guys

My truck ('03 1500 4.7L 4X4) has been standing still for a while, and I noticed a spot on the ground underneath the front axle on the driver side that has turned out to be power steering fluid. Examining it closely, it seems to coming from the steering gear box itself.

Is this something that can be fixed? or is a replacement the only route (I sure hope not!)?

Oh and one other thing in this regard; page 19-38 of the service manual is adamant about using only Mopar ATF+4. This may be a problem getting this in here overseas. Any opinions about this?

Thanks for any ideas here. Cheers

Well first find out exactly where it's coming from. "Appearing" to be coming from a certain place is not definite. Any Atf +4 will work. Does not have to be mopar.
