Default Spark Plugs ? Fuel filter?
I have an 03 Hemi 1500. 50,000 MI. The truck seems to hesitate a bit under load. It feels like a bad filter or maybe a spark plug.I have not replaced the spark plugs and cant locate the fuel filter. Do I have to run the OEM Champion plugs or can I upgrade. Any help with locating the fuel filter would be appreciated. I am an ATV/Personal Watercraft tech but know little about this Hemi. Any help would be appreciated.

I think the fuel filter is under the bed right on top of the tank. You can upgrade plugs but stick with a single electrode.
