Default Heater core replaced 2002 1500

I just had heater core replaced on my 2002 Ram 1500. Drove it about 20 miles, and got coolant in passenger floor again. Would this be caused if they put the hoses back on heater core backwards?

Shouldn't, but if it was just replaced, it should be warrantied. Take it back.

I agree... but... damage is possible by installing.

and we all know damage can be done by shipping.

and being made by Man... that is why a warranty..
or made by machine that was made by man.

I never accept a radiator or heater core that was not perfect out of the box.

I hate to rework work. (retired auto mechanic, 43 years)

A quick google search netted me this
" Cut a bicycle inner tube in half, clamp each end to the heater core tubes, use the tire valve to pressurize it to about 14-15 pounds, dunk it under water and watch for air bubbles."

that is a good idea .. and can be used in the car/truck as a test for a leak.
