Default 2006 Ram CEL p2509

Howdy Gents,
My 06 Ram 3500 just threw a code p2509. This truck has around 465k on it and I have no idea what causes this code. I had a gas 02 Ram til last year when I got this diesel 06 and it is my first diesel. In other words I know mostly nothing about what codes mean in regards to this truck.

Any help is greatly appreciated especially since I am in the midst of moving and need this badly right now.

Regards,
A924

From my research there was a tsb. The causes they listed were bad grounds, old batteries, fan clutch.
