Default Weird buzzing noise coming from behind radio

Hey guys im new to the forum. I recently have but my self a custom 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L Hemi in it but im having a small issue with it, when im in my cruising gear if you want to call it that it makes a buzzing noise coming directly behind my radio and gets loudly with the more gas i give but once i give it enough gas and it drops a gear to pick up and go as if i floored it the buzzing stops??? so im not sure what the issue is i tried moving my radio which is aftermarket and it doesn't budge at all has any one had this same problem? It really drives me nuts especially when im on the highway for long drives.
One more thing when it is on cruise control it doesn't seem to do it as much
Mods:

In older vehicles it was ignition component related. Most of the newer radios have electronics to Combat this issue. You could pull the center dash section, check for loose dash supports, is the back of the radio rubbing on something?

Not that I know of the radio and all that was done on the truck was by the last owner I haven't done anything to it
