Default Grinding/Sheering Noise on 2008 Ram 2500 G56 4x4 Hemi

Hello everyone, I'm sorry if this is not the correct place to ask this, feel free to move it.

I have a 2008 Ram 2500 with the Hemi, it has the G56 manual trans and the trx-4 package it has 71k miles on it and I started noticing a grinding or more like a sheering noise coming from the drivetrain. I had no idea how to describe it, so I strapped my GoPro under the truck and went for a drive and uploaded it to YouTube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZ7y...ature=youtu.be

I also described it in the video description as well, but it happens more noticeably in the lower gears, and it always happens shortly after shifts. It doesnt seem to get any louder or softer with different amounts of throttle. I originally thought it was something in the rear end (hence why the camera is pointing backward) if it would help to have the camera pointing forward I can do that and am also willing to make another video if there is something else I should try. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

I have not replaced any U-joints, but it doesn't seem like a u joint. There is no vibration at all, and doing a visual inspection they look fine and I can't physically move or wiggle the drive-shaft at all.

U joints can be bad with no obvious signs.
