Default Cracked head or blown gasket ???

2002 Ram 4.7 w/ 160k has coolant on top of #2 and #4 Pistons. Can see coolant through spark plug hole. Can actually see a drop every 4 or 5 seconds when expansion tank is pressurized. I was thinking head gasket yesterday but after sleeping on it, I'm now leaning to cracked head. Any thoughts from you guys? Also, there is NO coolant in oil.

ether/OR... both.

borascope (sp) or disassembly.

without a borascope.. not way of telling without disassembly.
but at 160K valve seals and guides may be needed...

Yeah I'm not sure if it's the head or gasket. I was thinking about pulling both heads to change both gaskets but others are telling me I'm crazy, if it ain't broke don't fix it. Is there anything else I should change or upgrade while I am under the hood? Like injectors maybe...

Does anyone have any personal experience doing this job? I'm going to tackle this myself and have a few minor questions...
