There are tons of automotive parts websites you an easily search yourself for the cost of a replacement radiator. Keep an eye on the level and refill if it gets low. Find where the leak is coming from. May be a hose, water pump, etc. if you just throw parts at a problem without knowing what the problem is, costs can add up real fast.

Its only urgent if you neglect keeping it full, your temp gauge will tell you how urgent the problem is, if you run hotter than normal its urgent, means the leak got bigger. You should be fine as long as you check the cap each day before you start it and make sure the radiator level itself its up to or near the top and make sure the overflow is half full. A spot the size of a dime would probably take a few days to make itself a concern with no attention (meaning not keeping it full).

My 98 Neon radiator leaked and even steamed slightly, kept up on checking the level & drove it 5 months that way, beating the crap out of it to work before I finally broke down and bought a bottle of the $8 copper stop leak and haven't had a problem since.
