I have an 04 ram 1500 that I purchased new. A few months ago check engine light came on, p0876, trans fluid pressure switch. Replaced switch, changed fluid and filters. Fluid was clean. Now, when you first crank it, you have to let it idle a couple of minutes before putting it in gear. If you put it in gear as soon as it cranks it takes a few seconds to start pulling(torque converter leaking down?), and if you pull up a few feet and press brakes, it tries to push forward and kills engine.(torque converter locking up?) Thinking I need a new torque converter, any ideas?
