Question sound while turning?

A week ago my truck started making a sound while I turned from the front drivers side.I saw my ball joints were bad so I put on new upper control arms with the ball joints the truck has new tie rod ends also. But now my trucks still making this sound while I turn on the front drivers side it almost sounds like some sort of rubbing sound like a a metal on metal rubbing sound it makes this sound from the same spot when I go over large bumps or speed bumps also.its very odd .what could this be?I don't want to buy the part till im sure of what it is.thanks for the help!

What kind of sound? Could be a dry ball joint, shock, bushing, etc...if its s squeak it's likely a ball joint, if someone can bounce on the truck will it make the noise? If it will go underneath and feel the parts, that will help you pinpoint it.

thanks I pushed on the truck myself it doesn't make any sound and it didn't make any sound today for some reason but most of the time it does.I was thinking it may be the wheel bearing myself. But it could be a ball joint?it does kinda sound like a squeak sort of.the bottom front ball joints are old so im guessing its the lower ball joints or the wheel bearing hmm.

Could be a ball joint. IMO I would do the lower joints and wheel bearings at the same time.

No, don't do that. If the bearings are good they may very well outlast a replacement, plus you're wasting time and money by guessing. A wheel bearing noise will not come and go from day to day, it will vary when turning or as speed increase, but once they're noisy, they're always noisy. It sounds to me like a ball joint or tie rod end.
