Will heads from 6.1 Magnum, Charger or 300 work on a Ram 5.7 Hemi engine? What if anything has to be changed?

 

I do not have a direct answer.. but

check part numbers for head gaskets and intake and exhaust gaskets .
if they are the same.. you may be good.

 

6.1 heads will bolt on, but you either need to get the chambers opened up, use thicker head gaskets or just live with about 11:1 compression ratio. Port size and shape is different on both intake and exhaust, so you'd need custom headers unless you can use the SRT manifolds and either an eagle or 6.1 intake.
