My company here in the UK fit LPG conversions, currently we include all the gasoline engines. I know the same equipment is available in a CNG version, but I don`t think it will power the Hemi. Probably about 270 hp is its maximum.
All our LPG conversions give equal power to gasoline, our reasons for converting are that compared to gasoline LPG is under half price! Over 50% of my business is conversions.

I have a Hemi that run's on LPG(propan/butan) it's a VSI system from Prins(netherlands).
1 gallon LPG is 3x cheaper then regulargasoline.
The engine still delivers 345hp.

Here in the Netherlands most of the US V8 cars runs on LPG.

This is the factory that builds the LPG systems.
