Exclamation Are 37x12.5 the same as 37x13.5?

I know they are wider. I ask because I need 2 37x12.50.. I just put my spare on due to a slow leak now it has a nail But I'm really broke right now so I searched yesterday for a set of used and all I found were two 37x13.50 I was wondering if I could put my 4x4 and not damage anything? i would only have them for a few weeks

As long as all 4 are the same size, it will be fine.

Same diameter. The 13.5s may look more like doughnuts.
