Hi guys

Picked up a new to us Power Wagon. Great truck, but, when you floor it from a stop it seems like it starts in second then shifts down to first, is this normal and can you make it start in first?

Second question, lockers I could only get the lockers to work when in 4-wheel drive? Any way to make the rear locker work in 2-wheel drive?
