Default Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

Anyone here had any problems with this sensor? As of late, the throttle felt like it was very, very slightly dropping out. Yesterday, I was cruising at 35MPH and if felt like the engine died, but it was at idle and wouldn't respond. Check engine light came on and I read the code when I got home and pretty sure it was P2121 on my Superchips Tuner. The fault is gone, so I can't be sure, but it did say APPS fault. I did disconnect the battery earlier today.

Thanks, Tiny

Never had the problem myself but have you replaced the part? I know the impalas had a lot of issues with the APPS.

Dealership wanted $679 for the whole bell crank assembly with the sensor, 4 week back order. Found many on ebay from $29.95 to over $300, went for one for $89, should be here today. I will update.
