whats the most common cause for this code? Think my IAC is failing, got the pending code p1294 2002 ram 4.7

 

It's an injector issue. I believe cylinder 4. Hopefully someone smarter than me can jump in.

 

On my code reder it states cannot achieve idle speed, I pulled out the iac and started truck while coveringthe hole, the iac valave ddoesn't seem to retract very fast/good, seemdd to be just clicking or moving in spurts
