Funny this comes up again: my t-case shifter linkage fell off last week, so I'm waiting for the whole new bar and bushings to come in. Easy fix, though.

Look at the boots on the upper and lower ball joints, as well as on the tie rods. If you see an ripped or torn rubber, time to replace. If the rubber is all still intact and they aren't making noises when you drive/hit a bump, you should be good to go on them.

What parts did your lift kit come with? Be careful, because cheaper lift kits can put undue stress on parts they don't replace with proper fitting replacements, which can cause them to fail quicker. Just something to keep in mind. It's not going to fall apart the first time you turn the key, but keep an eye under there.
