Default HELP : bilstein 4600 shocks install

Ive replaced my shocks 2x already and those sets came with the same stock type bushings and washers (2005 dodge ram 1500) i just bought bilstein 4600 series shocks and those came with big round washers and big pointed bushings and a metal sleeve. Do i reuse my old bushings and washers or am i supposed to use the new ones?

What do the shock directions say? I have never re used, old shock parts with mew shocks. Are you sure they are the right shocks?
