this is kinda confusing, I'll try to explain it the best i can.

i have an 04 ram 1500. i hit a deer a few months ago and got it fixed. now everything works until you turn the parking/headlights and use the left turning signal. at that point i get the light out warning light and it keeps dinging until you turn the left turning signal off. now again it only does it when the parking/headlights are on. here is where it get really confusing. if i take either the the brake or parking light out of the right side it works all the time. if i put that light back in and do that to the left side i get the warning again. just a reminder this only happens when the parking/headlights are on. i have changed the bulbs and the board in both of the taillights and it still does it.....HELP

Sounds like a wiring issue. Its possible a wire got pinched during the repair.
