I just pulled up to a stop sign and rolled through it haha but then I pulled up to another and realized my steering wheel was locked. Like it wouldn't rotate left or right and I could still use the gas pedal and the brakes. So I drove a good 100ft to get out of the middle of the road. I could barely get it to budge but the temperature gauge would go up and then I saw the battery level was on L so I shut it off on the side of the road. After a minute I started it back up and was able to go through all the gears and go in reverse and go foward but still couldn't go any direction except straight.

 

Sounds like the serpentine belt broke
