HELLO I OWN A 02 DODGE RAM 1500 QUAD CAB SLT V8 4.7LT WITH 40307MILES. THE PROBLEM I AM HAVING IS MY BACK DOOR WHEN I HIT MY ALARM TO UNLOCK IT IT JAMS WHAT CAN I DO?

on the 02 MY rams, they have a TSB out to replace some different lock peices in the rear doors, that might help
