Been having lots of trouble with my old truck here lately, but just got done with a tune up new plugs wires cap and rotor with a coil changed out tps and a new idle air control valve. My mysterious misfire has finally went away but it's idling high and when driving very little response from the pedal. What's wrong with this thing now? Any ideas?

 

Clear the code. Try unplugging the IAC. If the code comes back, you know the problem is deeper. IE wiring issue PCM.
