Default 06 ram rust

Hello everyone I am new and was wondering if its worth fixing the rust on the wheel well of my pickup first rust pic is drivers, the second one is the passenger or should I get a different truck? Its got 142,000 miles on it. New shocks and struts put on the front back in june, and the tires are still good. Does have some dents and scratches. Uses no oil but needs an oil change ( If i can get drain plug out its stripped very bad). Also just put on a new water pump. Let me know what you think!!

Get a different truck... Hmmm depends. If the truck is worth keeping then it's worth fixing. Depends on what you want to do. Without knowing your situation it's difficult to advise you on fixing or getting something different. It's really up to you.

most if not all fix the rust damage and then put a set of fender flares on to protect what has been fixed, like me I havened had a truck payment since 2005, if the truck still treats you good, keep it, but if it starts to nickle and dime you, then it maybe time to move on
