Default Changing projector light levels, help please

hi i just recently bought chrome projector headlights and ive installed them and turned them on but while im driving the lights are pointed toward the ground and not lighting the street, so i need to raise the level so that i can see better. Does anyone know how to adjust the level to where i can have the light higher? also i need to connect the wires to light up the halo, what wire goes where...and can u tell me the color of the wire that goes with which one. thanks so much

I'll be adjusting mine in the next day or so. I expect we are gonna have to shim the bottoms of the whole thing out at the bottom. Mine are shining low and I want to adjust them to the right a little.

The white and black halo wires should be wired to the parking lights. Twist both whites together and connect to the parking lamp wire and twist the black wires together and connect to the black/ground wire. The black probably has a strip but don't worry, its ground.

There are 3 wires going to your parking/turn lamps. One is ground and its black with a stripe. The others are for the parking lamp filament and the turn signal filament

On an 04, the parking lamp wires are
white/grey on the right
white/yellow on the left.
