Default hemi vacuum line routing

Did some top end work on the hemi and now cannot figure out vacuum line routing. I have zero vacuum at the booster(therfor no power brakes). Looks like the booster line goes to this canister thing right next to the APPS, then from there back to the rear of the truck? Truck is also throwing a code for a massive vac leak. so somewhere I have a missing hose. Looking at the TB there is 2 ports coming out that I am assuming are vacuum ports, but I have no clue where it would go from there.

I hate to say this, but I went through my 2005 fsm, and no vacuum hose routing diagrams. You might try a dealer.
Hopefully someone else will chime in with a better answer

you can put smoke in the vac lines too using a cigar & 2 liter soda bottle & find the leaks
