Tires: P-Metric vs LT-Metric (Pressure?)

This didn't really fit the tire and wheel sizing thread, so I'm posting here.
I recently put LT tires on my truck. It came with P-metrics, and the door placard specifies the P-metric with 35psi recommended pressure. I like the thicker tread and 10 ply sidewalls that these E load rated tires give, and don't mind the hum from the aggressive M+S tread pattern or the stiffer ride. These babies have no problem getting through a muddy corn field when I go goose hunting, and are great in the snow.
What I am wondering though, is if anybody knows of a chart or table that would show how that 35 PSI on the door placard for the Passenger tires relates to a recommended pressure for the Light Truck tires. I know it should be higher, but not what is optimal.

I'm more looking for a load/chart that will give the right psi on the LT's to match the load tasting of the P's at 35psi
