Default wont crank

A bit of history
Went out last week and went to move the truck and would not crank over
Turn the key to on and all gauges work and can hear the fuel pump
Battery is good and fully charged
When in start position no draw on battery gage
Ran a code check and get O2 sensor but had that for at least a year
cleaned all the connections and also I can force the starter to turn over the engine with a bypass direct to battery.
So I turned the key to the on position and jumped the starter and the engine turned over but no fire.
I like to trouble shoot things so I came here and read and read and the only thing I can find is fuse panel or tpim replacement but nothing confirmed.
I will keep posting until I find a fix or scrap it.
I am very well versed in auto repair so I have checked some of the obvious faults'
Any input to get this thing running other then replacing the main fuse box or computer tpim would be greatly appreciated.

Check power thru the ignition switch to the starter.

also check your security system, if you notice that little red light lit on dash, your locked out of your truck. your going to have to check your manual on how to get back or do a search online, I had a key issue once and it would not let me do anything with truck, also if you have a second key try that
