headlight

Alright so I have 4 headlights. 2 are the actual head light, and the other 2 are blinker/headlight. The blinker one is very dull. I changed the bulbs and it's the same thibg.. the blinker works but the headlight doesnt. Any ideas?

Check the bulb sockets for corrosion.
