Whenever I plug anything into my OBDII Port on my ram, it throws a NO BUS error on the dash and whatever I'm plugging into the port(superchips, scan gauge, reader..etc) Just says connecting. When it throws the No BUS obviously all the gauges die and the truck won't run.

You have a terminal in the wrong spot in your DLC. Check the pinout against the wiring diagram. You seem to be shorting the PCI BUS to ground.
