Default 2 week old rotor turning purple, help?

So I just installed new pads and rotors 2 weeks ago. I noticed my passenger side rear is turning purple on the outside of the rotor only on the side where it mounts to the hub. What can be causing this? The inside is perfectly fine so I don't think the caliber is getting hung up.

idk how hot the rotor is temp wise, I don't have a laser thermometer. But if you even touch it for a split second, you burn your skin. and yes I used half a can of brake cleaner when cleaning off the rotors before install.

Ok. If you burn your skin. Something is dragging. Rotor show be warm, not hot. Did you lube the caliper sliders? Is the e brake dragging.
