No control arms bushings listed for 2wd vehicles on energy suspensions web site or autozone.

Hey Beech. You have my curiosity with this thread and your issue! Did tack welding the bushings in place help??

By the way I am very impressed with the lack of rust on the under carriage ! And I'm very jealous!

Thanks for the reply. The original arms with NAPA bushings are currently back installed and are tack welded. Tack welding the bushings into the arms did not help. The problem seems to be the bushings them selves. The whole arm moves about in the center of the control bushings and knocks metal to metal from faulty NAPA bushings. The MAS control arms had the same exact problem but sent back to RA for refund.
I am hoping someone will come along and offer some thoughts shortly. I feel sure new OEM arms would fix my problem but lack of funds will no allow closer. I'm still unable to locate any Polys for 2WD's from Summits, Autozone Energy Suspension or 4 wheel drive store. All polys are for 4WD

Jeepers you really have a strange one. I have watched your video many times. The knocking noise seems to have a bit of a creak to it as well. My first thoughts same as yours were loose suspension bolts. And its difficult to understand how two sets of new lower control arms are reacting the same way......defective, unless the supplier for both companys are the same? Do you feel the inner metal sleeve of the rubber bushing is somehow making contact with the outer metal sleeve of the bushing causing the noise? Or is the bushing so loose it is allowing contact between the edges of the lower control arm and the frame of the truck when force is applied?

Yeap. Strange indeed. New video taken today of original control arms with the NAPA bushing tack welded in place and yes bolts are torqued to 200 Pounds of torque and correct sized.
These clunk in G Flat. Pun intened.
I'm throwing in the towel soon and will be trading her in. It's also dangerous as I hate to apply hard braking. Also mushy feel when braking Not good.
I guess at 306,000 miles I've run her to the ground.

they probably are regular production option build codes. check your glove box placard for the build sheet and look for those codes.

I think I figured it out! Hopefully!
According to Dodge my engine/trans combo is EZA which means 5.7 Liter manual trans HD. Dodge no longer sells rear LCA bushings for the 2500/3500 RWD lower control arms. The whole control arm is the only OEM option for $585 per side. Nope won't do it period. Truck will be crushed before spending that much for LCA's
I did manage to locate The part number for both the 2500 and 3500 diesel and gas with manual trans rear lowers. 52113056AB
The front lowers are 52113029AA respectfully. The aftermarket options for the 2500 with gas engine reflects the smaller light weight lower rear and due its location in the frame and lack of molded rubber on the ends causes the bushing to **** in its holder.
Yesterday I picked up the only 2 52113056AB's left in the state of GA
Attached are some pictures and comparison of whats supposed to be correct per NAPA for my truck (clearly not) and the OEM which is what belongs on my truck. I ordered the fronts which are still available from Dodge and due to arrive tomorrow. If this doesn't work then replacement truck for Grandpa.
See pictures in this reply of after market vs correct OEM lower rears.
