May want to find someone with a factory scan tool. There are a bunch of tests that can be done. Prior to throwing parts at it.

Might check the plug and wiring for that o2 sensor, since it's been replaced. Maybe shorted/melted/frayed somewhere?

Again I have changed the fuel pump but would anyone here think maybe I have a faulty pump? I could see the pressure regulator being bad but would that cause misfires but than correct itself at high speeds than run fine? I run sea foam through the tank every few months and throw some premium in the tank so discount bad gas issues. And wouldn't stuck fuel injectors have different symptoms as someone else suggested.

I am not that familiar with fuel pump/regulator operation. I don't know if they are combined in a single unit, or separate. Does that high pressure hold, or does it bleed off? I understand there's a check valve in the pump module. Maybe it is faulty. I've also seen where some brands of pumps don't work well in our trucks. Hope someone with more knowledge can help you.

Lightbulb O2 Sensor errors

Just for troubleshooting purposes, would it be a lot of trouble to swap the upstream sensors from one side to the other and clear the codes and see if you still get the code? If it doesn't move with the sensor, there's probably a wiring problem.

If you can capture o2 and trim data. Have you check for exhaust leaks.

No exhausts leaks everything looks as it should, the upstream #1 o2 sensor is really bothering me with the heater line closed loop failure... But in my mind that problem would eminate from the ecu or tipm, now i already changed the tipm so im leaning toward ecu, but im gonna have him test the fuel pump voltage an see where that goes
