Default 2wd to 4wd

I got a single cab 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4.. I found a truck like mine same color but it's 2005 4 door and 2wd.. If I bought it could I switch all the 4x4 parts to the 2wd and make it 4x4?

Wrong section. You need to be in 3rd generation. (Which is a shame. My 99 is 4wd, which I don't need, and would prefer 2wd)

You'd have to swap the entire front suspension, front diff, axles, cradle, torsion bars, t-bar mount, transfer case to the back of the trans, front driveshaft, some form of shifter be it electronic or manual, etc. Might be more trouble than it's worth.
